Take Care Of Your Face Fellas
Okay Kings, it's time to get serious about this. I know a lot of us like to get uncomfortable when it comes to self care but we're getting to old for that bs. I know a lot of older guys or immature guys like to think that taking care of your appearance isn't masculine or macho, but of course we all know that is pure nonsense. Taking care of yourself is not only important for appearance, it's important for your health. That means, eating right, exercising, staying hydrated, and things of that nature. We're not gonna get into all of that today, but we are going to talk about something important. It's Skin Care.
Now I know for a lot of us guys, we have no clue where to look to get started in skin care. However, the answers aren't that hard to find. A lot of us have the answers right in front of us and don't even realize. That's right guys, most of us are fortunate enough to have some beautiful black queens in our lives, whether it be a wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, grandmother, etc. For the most part these are some of the most beautiful creatures gracing this planet and they know some things about skin care. Taking care of our skin isn't part of being feminine, it's part of being an adult. And since I learned so much from the amazing women in my life about skin care, I decided that I'm going to share those gems with my brothers.
First things first, you need to stay hydrated. It may seem unrelated at first, but it makes all the difference. Now it's time for the actual materials. Guys, we have to invest in a facial cleansing brush, you can find them on amazon for as cheap as $16. Then, there are some things that I personally use to keep my skin looking right. I use St. Ive's Acne Control Apricot Scrub, and St. Ive's Renewing Collagen & Elastin Moisturizer. I also use Neutreogena's Alchol-Free Toner. I'll have links below where y'all can buy all of these things, along with pictures, and I'll be posting a full routine video soon with the step by step process.
Stay Healthy. Stay Hydrated. Stay Happy.
